Phemium for Telemedicine allows different types of teleconsultations: live or delayed, urgent or scheduled by appointment prior the consultation, and so on. Furthermore, Phemium for Telemedicine allows different types of communication: consultations may take place via chat, phone, videoconference in synchronous mode, or by sending messages, documents and filling out customized forms in asynchronous mode.
Fully customizable patient user experience
Create teleconsultation services and assign professionals to each of them. Design the consultation workflow, configuring each necessary step to access your services such as selection of professionals, forms, registering, payment etc. Create access portals for web browser, touch screen or other devices, based on customizable templates or from scratch. With Phemium for Telemedicine, you can configure a tailored made user experience.
Integration with medical history and other applications
During a teleconsultation the physician can access the patient's medical records and other applications such as a 3rd party medical o radiological images viewer or telemonitoring data viewer, directly from his console. He can share this information with the patient during the videoconference. Phemium stores the consultation and the patient data and can share them with an external medical history application or any other system through easy and fast integrations, thanks to its APIs.
Guaranteed Security
Phemium for Telemedicine offers a guaranteed security with end-to-end secured connection with encrypted communication and secure identification. It also pays special attention to data protection policies that are specially required when manipulating the patient's health data. For more safety and confidentiality control, it could also be provided in an InHouse SaaS model.
Control and Quality of Service
With Phemium for Telemedicine, you can monitor your services and professionals in real-time. A statistics panel shows you the number of consultations created by services, portals, professionals and patients with their status, durations, etc. Indicators such as the number of lost calls, number of rings etc. allows you to supervise the quality of the service, offered, while another panel shows the results of satisfaction surveys. Furthermore, a service supervisor can be given privileges to see the activity of a group of professionals.
