The Phemium Platform has been developed and is managed by ANDROME.es (www.androme.es) the Spanish subsidiary of ANDROME (www.androme.com), an ICT sector company with more than 20 years of experience, which designs, develops and markets high quality software solutions in the areas of audio and video communication (VOIP / SIP) applications, digital television (iDTV), messaging applications SMS and general multimedia communications based applications.
ANDROME (www.androme.com) was created in 1990 as a spin-off of "Expertise Centre for Digital Media" (EDM), a research center at the University of Hasselt (UHasselt). Since its foundation, the company has focused its activity in the area of multimedia, machine-person interaction, virtual and graphic environments for computer. It continues to work with EDM and participates in many research projects and development at the Belgian and European level. Historically, it has participated in 25 international projects, with European and the Belgian Government funds.
